All our shipments are inspected carefully before dispatch. If you receive a product in the below-mentioned state, kindly notify us within 30 days.

14 DAY RETURN POLICY: ACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR RETURNS:

  • You can return your product within 30 days of delivery if the product is Damaged, Seal broken, Tampered, Broken Product or Package
  • Wrong Product Delivered
  • Product Post Expiration Date
  • Incomplete Order / Missing Products
  • PLEASE MAKE A VIDEO WHILE OPENING THE PARCEL….iF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE AND MISSING ITEM SEND US VIDEO… WITHOUT VIDEO we  WILL Not ACCEPT. 

UNACCEPTABLE REASON FOR RETURN:

  • Once the parcel seal is broken, we do not accept return/ replacement for the product.
  • Opened / Used / Altered products/ Seal broken
  • Original Packaging (cartons, labels, etc.) Missing.
  • The Return/ Replacement request is generated after 4 days from the date of delivery.
  • The Damaged/ Missing product is reported after 4 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product being returned for any other reason apart from manufacturing defect
  • Issues such as stomach upset, headache, flavour difference from one brand to other etc. would not be applicable for return/ replacement. Please consult with your doctor before buying the product.

IN AN ACCEPTABLE REASON FOR RETURN:

  • You will need to notify us within 14 days of receiving your product. Kindly ensure to email us images as proof at [email protected] com.
  • We will investigate and review your return request within 24 working hours.
  • If based on our examination, the product is beyond use and in damaged condition, then we will request you to discard the product. In this case, we will extend you a replacement accordingly.
  • In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges.
  • After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly.
  • Please note that replacement will depend upon stock availability.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED IF:

  • The product returned by you is noticeably damaged and/or tampered by you.
  • The shipping address you entered while placing an order is incorrect.
  • You have consumed part of the product and then decided to return it.
  • If you do not comply with the returns policy stated above.
  • Products purchased under clearing sale are not  eligible for return.
  • Clothing and soft goods items do not qualify for a return or exchange if they have been used, washed, or had the original tags removed.
  • In case your request for return of product purchased under offers like buy 1 get 1 or free promotional merchandise the offer will be void and only 30% of the value of sealed product will be refunded. Free merchandise will have to be returned. 

REFUNDS MAY BE ISSUED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:

  • The product ordered by you is not in stock with us.*
  • The shipping address is not serviceable by us.*
  • If you comply with the returns policy stated above
  • The product returned by you is found to be in good condition and is not tampered with.
  • You have paid twice for a single order from the same email address.

Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your order anytime by sending us an email at [email protected] before the order is dispatched. Orders once dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.

Are there any processing fees for returns and replacements?

There is no processing fee for returns or replacements. However, in case you request a replacement of your product with a higher-priced product, you will have to pay the difference amount accordingly.

What are the modes of refund available?

  • To cancel, exchange or return the product email us at [email protected] In the case of a prepaid order, the amount will be refunded to the same account from which the order has been placed. Only, once we receive the product and complete the verification process, the amount will be processed in 7 to 10 working days.
  • In the case of Cash On Delivery, the amount will be transferred to the Bank Account mentioned while placing the return request. Only, once we receive the product and complete the verification process, the amount will be processed in 7 to 10 working days.

In how many days will the money be refunded?

Once the refund request is processed, the amount will be transferred within 7 to 10 working days.

How many days will it take to deliver the replaced product?

Once the request for replacement of the product is approved, we will dispatch your replacement within 7 to 10 working days.

Shipping

We usually ship the product within 24-48 business hours after receiving the order. Transit times are determined basis your location but generally it takes 4-5 working days to deliver the products at your doorstep. However, shipping may be varied during acts of nature, festivals or unforeseen circumstances that may impede the logistical planning. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us and expedited shipping shall be organized if possible.

Please note the tracking id will be available under ‘My Orders’ section only after dispatch which is usually 24-48 hours after placing the order. As an operating guideline, orders equal to and under INR 1250, shall carry a nominal shipping fee based on location.

Return & Refunds

We offer you hassle free returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Please ensure that the product is unused, sealed and the tags & other packaging is intact.

1. Do not accept the package which looks tampered/unsealed from the outside. If possible, inform us immediately by writing to us on customercare@[email protected] .in or call us on 8828800008 (Mon-Sat, 9.30 am to 6.30 pm).

2. Please make a video while opening the package as a supporting proof in case of damaged or missing products in your order.

3. Do not break the seal of the product if you have any doubts/questions about authenticity.

4. Once the product seal is broken, we do not accept return/replacement for the product.

5. In case you request for return of products purchased under offers like Buy1 Get1 or free promotional merchandise the offer will be void and only 30% of the value of sealed product will be refunded. Free merchandise will have to be returned.

6. Products purchased under clearance sale are not eligible for returns.

Please note:For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavour like/dislike, flavour difference from one brand to other etc. products would not be applicable for return. We won’t be able to accept any return/replacement if the above points are not being followed.

Missing/Damaged Items

In case a product is missing/damaged in your order please reach out to us on customercare@[email protected] with the name & quantity of product missing and attach the images of the products already received. Also share the image of the outer packaging box along with the invoice. Once we received the email we will check with our internal team and after the investigation we will send the missing items or damaged items to you in 5-6 working days.

In case your have received a wrong product or completely wrong order please follow the same process and we shall arrange for a replacement within 5-6 working days.

Cancellation Policy

You can self-cancel your order in My accounts section or request for a cancellation by dropping us an email on customercare@[email protected] before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once it is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

If your order is a prepaid one and is cancelled, refund will be initiated to your source account within 7-10 working days
